  2011-2012 Snow plowing agreement for 10 (ten) plowable visits performed at the submitted
  address for a deposit of $30 to keep your reservation on our limited route. This deposit is
  nonrefundable. By making this deposit  confirms that you are in agreement for 10 plowable
  visits at the rate of                   per visit to be billed over 3 months starting January 1rst.

  Your 3 easy payments are due as follows:.

                                                          1/3 due Jan. 1rst. 2012
                                                          1/3 due Feb. 1rst. 2012
                                                          1/3 due March 1rst 2012
                                                          Total for your 10 visits


             QUANTITY DISCOUNT RATE. Any plowable visit after ten (10) visit limit will be discounted.

  Making your deposit confirms that you are in agreement to the above conditions.We will
  provide and install your plow path markers, services are to be performed based upon standard
  snow removal practices with 2" (inches) being the standard depth of snowfall before service
  is rendered. Leasure Landscapes is not responsible for snow covered items left in plow path.
  Standard depth may vary due to drifting snow or location.
